This business sale features six-year-running, Wildfire Ceramic Studio, which includes an 8-wheel classroom and a slab roller; 2 private studios for resident artists; 16 shelves for classes and 10 shelves for members to grow their love of clay; and an online and physical gallery with gallery lighting, shelves, and pedestals that attracts national artists and local First Friday go-ers. Glazes, glaze materials, clay, kilns, and kiln furniture are included. The newsletter list reaches 600 people each month and the social media followers are over 5000, through which each bring in gallery sales and course bookings. Option for artists in residence to handle studio cleaning/maintenance and class glazing/firing with work trade agreement. Current residents have a desire to stay unless there are major changes to their contracts under new ownership. With 40hrs/week of management, the studio reached profitability in year 3 and gross sales reached over $50,000. Unfortunately, changes in our personal lives no longer afford us that time, so we would love to see folks with strong, mission-based motivation and devotion to take the torch. The 30'x40' (1200 sq.ft.) space is leased and has an additional 12x20 sq.ft. loft/office with a photobox, storage for gallery inventory, and shipping and receiving materials and office equipment. The lease is assumable with financial approval from the landlord. We currently also have a 10x15' storage unit leased next door that could be assumable as well. We can offer 6 months of training if desired. We are also open to partial ownership if the partnership feels right.
